MEET OUR PROVIDER
Dr. Patel is a board certified, fellowship-trained pain physician, and is the founder and medical director of Terra pain Consultants. He completed his Anesthesiology residency in Cook County hospital in Chicago IL, where he graduated top of his class. He further pursued an ACGME certified highly accredited fellowship from Rush University. His practice philosophy is to treat all of his patients with compassionate care, and provide them with a patient centered care model. Dr. Patel is here to help you with whatever your pain care needs are, whether it is a basic consultation, or diagnosing and managing a more complex pain condition with different innovative treatment plans.
